The Four Spiritual Food Groups

To be healthy, you need a balanced diet of the four food groups. To be spiritually healthy, you need a balanced spiritual diet as well. It’s important we don’t all focus on one food group, our favorite. We need to take a look at our spiritual diet and see if it’s balanced.

1. Relationship with God (Matthew 22:34-40, 10:37-39, 16:24-26, 1 Cor 15:9-10)
2. Relationship with Family (Deut 6:4-9, Eph 5:21-28, 6:1-4, 1 Tim 5:3-8)
3. Relationship with the Church (Mat 6:31-33, John 13:34-35, 1 Ioan 3:16-18, 4:19-21)
4. Relationship with the Lost (Mat 28:18-20, 1 Cor 9:19-22, John 15:1-8, Heb 11:32-12:3)
